YOUR ROLE

This position is primarily tasked to assist the DMO/Marketing Manager/VP for Sales and Marketing in implementing the promotional activities of the company. 

Job Responsibilities:

Corporate and Trade Events Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support in the planning and execution of corporate and trade events.

Promo Items and Materials Management:

Conduct regular inventory checks and provide timely inputs for re-ordering to ensure stock availability.Oversee the housekeeping activities for all promo item/material storage areas, ensuring they are organized and well-maintained.

Supplier and Contract Management:

Maintain an up-to-date directory of suppliers for promotional items and materials.Source and evaluate new suppliers as needed to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Support Groups and Stores Database Management:

Keep an active directory of all groups supported by the company.Maintain a comprehensive database of stores that have received promotional items or participated in trade events and activities.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to and enforce safety procedures and policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A graduate of Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Economics and Management or its equivalent from a reputable University/College.Significant Advantage: at least one (1) year of significant experienceProficient communication skills (written and oral)Knowledge and ability to manipulate MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledgeable in handling marketing events, advertising and corporate communicationsOrganized and good in time managementHas initiative at work/proactiveWorks well under pressure/high tolerance for stressCan relate well to peopleDynamic and can easily adapt to changing work requirementsOne (1) full-time position available.
