POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Lead is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for managing and supervising interns and trainers across multiple domains. This position is tasked with developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, enhancing training programs, and leading innovation initiatives
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and manage interns and trainers across at least four domains for language and processDevelop and implement strategies to help the organization achieve its goals and objectives, including planning organizational structure and resource allocation, leading change initiatives, and controlling processes and resourcesLead innovations and special projects to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness for both new hires and tenured employeesOffer strategic insights on training program effectiveness and implement improvements using methodologies such as ADDIE, RCD, Kirkpatrick, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality methodsManage projects and transitionsOversee team structures, operations, and processesEngage with leaders, clients, and stakeholders by representing the department in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviewsProvide career development for interns and trainers through coaching, feedback, and skill enhancementPlan, coordinate, and manage all training eventsAnalyze, produce, and distribute training reportsPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Training Director or Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Required:
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a minimum C1 rating on language assessments
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Proficient conflict management skills
• Strong self-management skills and a high sense of personal responsibility and accountability
• In-depth understanding of adult learning styles and principles
• Knowledge of advanced behavioral psychology
• Advanced facilitation and coaching skills
• Awareness of new learning trends in the market
• Strong analytical/critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Technologically proficient, with expertise in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Forms, etc.
• High visibility and presence with local and global stakeholders
• Advanced team, people, and performance management skills
• Adaptable to a high-performance, results-driven environment
Preferred:
• Familiarity with healthcare and/or revenue cycle services
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Required:
• At least 36 months of training facilitation and at least 12 months of supervisory function
• Two years of college (two years in a professional, customer service-driven environment may substitute for two years of college)
Preferred:
• College degree on any communication, design, psychology, or business course
