REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in any related course in Human Resources ManagementStrong background in Recruitment, Training, and Employee EngagementPreferably 1 year work experience specifically in Recruitment and Training, but fresh graduates are welcome to applyGood track record in managing clients, customers, and candidatesShould be willing to offer beyond expectations service to ensure the success of every projectShould be passionate with work and with the role he/she will handleGood at motivating, communicating, and building rapport with employeesMust have pleasing, caring, sincere, and authentic personality
