Position Title: Business Insights Officer

Job Summary:

The Business Insights Officer is primarily responsible in utilizing varying data analytics frameworks to deliver actionable insights and support revenue growth, operational cost reduction, efficiency improvement, risk reduction and improve customer experience/ delightHe/ she will as a strategic business partner to Branch Banking Sector business units and work with them to monitor, identify and implement business analytics needs – specifically driving insight using data visualization, exploratory analysis, and storytelling focusing on identifying potential sources of growth and efficiencies derived from customer behavior patternsHe/she will analyze transactions and give meaningful insightsHe/she will help the Area Head formulate strategies based on the gathered insights

 

 

Role Exposure:

Expand knowledge in identification of customer needs and business opportunitiesDevelop your collaboration skills – through coordination with various department and unitsDevelop your analytical skills – providing insights and recommending business solutionsOpportunity to work and collaborate across all business units of the Bank, including BranchesOpportunity to harness passion for creativityWith strong track record, opportunity to handle broader scope of responsibility and produce larger impact to the Bank

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Statistics or any related fieldExperience in using data visualization tools such as but not limited to – Power BI, Tableau, QlikStrong ability to drive data, make data-driven decisions, problem solving skillsAbility to communicate and collaborate with various technical teamAbility to communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders of varying seniority levels is an advantage Work experience in the banking industry is a must
