ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Accounts/Financial Assistant to provide back-office financial and accounting services for a top-tier accountancy firm. You will be working in a dynamic team in Cebu to support the head office in Ireland. A comprehensive training will be provided in the first month.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly reconciliations. Daily delivery dockets reconciliations. Processing of invoices and creditors reconciliations. Journal postings. Review of existing finance system/accounts package to improve efficiencies.Requirements
A diploma in Accountancy or higher, experience is also considered. At least two (2) years of experience in an accounting role. Proficient in English verbal and written. Experience in XERO or other similar accounting software is preferable. Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Excel. Self-motivated and Independent Worker. High Attention to detail. Prioritize accuracy over speed.Benefits
