JOB DESCRIPTION (Billing Assistant)Maintains records of all financial transactionsPrepares and reviews checks and check vouchersReleases checks to suppliers and/or contractorsPrepares cash position reports and bank reconciliationReviews documents needed for processing of payment to suppliers and contractorsCoordinates with the auditor (internal and external) in the periodic audit of the Condominium's booksChecks/reviews billing statements before distributionHandles inventory of office suppliesEnsures the payments/remittance of mandated government transactions such as EWT, RET VAT, etc.JOB DESCRIPTION (Administrative Assistant)Attends to Tenant Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following:UtilitiesConstruction BondsSpecial assessmentsFollow-up payment of dues and other charges.Handles and deposits collectionsUpdates existing Tenant Files; this include proper documentation and record keeping.Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.Handles canvassing and purchasing functions QUALIFICATIONS:Willing to work in one of the following Pristina North Residences (Bacayan Talamban Cebu City)Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Can start as soon as possible
