Job Description:
- Responsible for safekeeping maintaining and updating records and files of the project.
- Monitor all the documents and prepares documents transmittal
- Perform file backups to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
- Prepares project reports as required
- Develop filing system and record flow and control of out-going and incoming documents.
- Take administrative tasks of handling office supplies, office machines, reproduction of drawings and documents.
- Provides support to the administrative and EHS officers in maintaining order, cleanliness order, cleanliness and hazard free environment.
- In-charge to payroll submission and would serve as an HR coordinator
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate of any related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2-3 years experience in the same position/function is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in Construction/Construction Management
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
- Must be dedicated to work and attention to detail.
