Get to know the team

Join the GrabFood marketing team in the Philippines. They focus on driving the GrabFood brand by solving unique challenges through marketing strategies. The team collaborates with different internal departments, such as Creatives, Social Media, PR, Digital Media, and Operations, to create integrated marketing campaigns.

Get to know the role

We are looking for a Marketing Admin Lead to oversee the Admin side of Marketing operations. You will be the Person In Charge of handling finance processes of marketing and additional support for events and activations. You will be part of a team and a company that gives importance to challenging its people and pushing them to be the best version of themselves.

You will report directly to the Assistant Manager of Partner Events, PH. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our Marikina office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

You will lead the admin side of the Marketing Operations team and facilitate other members of the unit; you ensure everyone in the Marketing understands and follows procurement protocols and processes You will handle finance and procurement processes such as Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Good Received Notices (GRNs), and Accruals. You will be responsible for all the Marketing Operations process: DTI and ASC processing to be done - coordinating with our project executors You will support warehouse management and inventory, and are are accountable for marketing merchandise and requests from product leads You will also be given special projects like point of sale materials development and distribution for select departments You will update the team on the status of their admin requests requests; any errors or insufficient data are notified to the requestor

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need:

You have knowledge of basic Microsoft Office and other tools You have experience with procurement and finance processes (Requisition, Accruals) You have experience handling inventory or warehouse stocks You are responsible and enough to work around a set of processes while being implemented to a dynamic tea
