Admin Officer

The Admin Officer of CW Home Depot will oversee the branch administrative activities such as facilities and building management, security management, and tenant relations. The role will also be tasked with processing and documenting government compliances for the assigned branch and ensuring that all required permits are processed and updated on time.
Maintenance of Facilities and Equipment
Oversee store/tenant renovations, building maintenance and repair of equipment Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the entire branch Conducts daily checking of Delivery Truck Monitoring and backload monitoring sheet Ensures that facilities & equipment is in good working condition and well-maintained Monitors and process Material Requisition via CW forum for materials use for repairs and maintenance of facilities & equipments Report and coordinates repair, construction/renovation of the building premises to Admin Group Head Consolidates maintenance request for branch service vehicles.
Security & Safety
Inspect all areas of the building regularly and submit the Daily Observation report to the Admin Group Head Review and compile the Daily Comprehensive Security Report Ensure that sprinkler, fire alarm testing, fire/earthquake drill, and emergency response seminars are conducted regularly Secures company keys such as events hall, conference rooms, offices, vehicles, equipment, and vehicle toolbox Implements the company policies and procedures and takes appropriate action for violation of such by providing pictures for any non-compliance and violations made by store/tenant personnel.Customer Relation
Handles tenant complaints and escalates to Admin Group Head for assessment of recommendation and/or for further instructions. Assists the Marketing and Leasing Department in the turnover of leased premises for vacating tenants and other special events as instructed by the Admin Group Head Coordinates with the Engineering Department for repair and maintenance of facilities Issues tenant billings, memos, and disconnection notices Approves work permit, entry slip, gate pass, messenger itinerary, timekeeping, leave and overtime Execute closure of leased unit or disconnection of utilities of tenant Conducts orientation and guard mounting for proper implementation of company policy
Government Compliance
Assists in securing, monitoring and updating of all government issued permits such as Barangay Clearance, Business Permit, Annual Inspection Certificate, Fire Inspection Certificate and Mayors Certificate.
Other tasks relevant to the role may be assigned from time to time.

A bachelor's degree. With at least one year of work experience in Admin role or relevant fieldGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with the government processing of permits is an advantage but not required.Must be willing to work six days a week, including holidaysWilling to extend duty if necessary.For Silang Cavite applicants, they must be willing to undergo training at Head Office - Ortigas for 1-2 months-
