Building/Facilities Admin Officer

In charge of company permits, licenses, applications and records of compliance as well as handle the company’s environmental management system. As building/facilities administrative, you are expected to prepare reports, develop and maintain appropriate filing systems and liaise with different departments by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure that all legal requirements are being complied
· Timely submission of periodic reports as required by DENR and Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP)
· IN charge with implementation of company's Environmental Management System.
· Handle other matters of environmental concern as required by the company
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate may be a graduate of any 4 year course but graduate in engineering is preferred
· Has completed the Basic PCO Training Course by an EMB-recognized Training organization/institution
· Possesses Pollution Control Officer Accreditation from DENR
· Familiarity with environmental management systems
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong influencing and management skills
· Strong analytical and planning skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
