In charge of company permits, licenses, applications and records of compliance as well as handle the company's environmental management system.

As building/facilities administrative, you are expected to prepare reports, develop and maintain appropriate filing systems and liaise with different departments by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that all legal requirements are being complied
  • Timely submission of periodic reports as required by DENR and Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP)
  • IN charge with implementation of company's Environmental Management System.
  • Handle other matters of environmental concern as required by the company
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate may be a graduate of any 4 year course but graduate in engineering is preferred
  • Has completed the Basic PCO Training Course by an EMB-recognized Training organization/institution
  • Possesses Pollution Control Officer Accreditation from DENR
  • Familiarity with environmental management systems
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong influencing and management skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
