- Sending an introductory email asking for possible collaboration
- Gathering IMS data such as IMS sale by value, sales by unit, no. of competitors, growth, product description
- Product selection with OM/BDM and shortlisting by wish list
- Forecasting and Price Negotiation by asking price through e-mail wherein price is based on market survey data gathered or asking suppliers their proposed price and MOQ/batch size
- Discussion of agreement and Addendum
- Answering minor queries of suppliers related to regulations and sharing basic requirements
- Discussion of additional products, if any
- Attending conference calls to discuss concerns and follow up
- Prepare brand names and endorse to consultant for initial checking and trademark applications
- Prepare and update all reportsJob Qualification
- A Registered Pharmacist
- Experience in any pharmacy setting is an advantage.
- With excellent communication skills
- With a pleasing personality and the ability to negotiate prices and forecast
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
