In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To process approved and good vendor invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • To perform data validation on purchase orders and invoices following the 2, 3, and 4-way matching principle.

  • To manage common mailbox.

  • To implement corrective actions based on the resolution provided on invoice processing of escalated and resolved aged items.

  • To investigate and log exception items for resolution.

  • To collaborate with the team to address issues and concerns regarding disputes encountered.

With good communication skills, you can effectively communicate ideas. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3rd year with a minimum of 9 units of Accounting with an average grade of 85% and above.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Internal Control principles.

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic business acumen
