Involved in various tasks such as employee orientations, managing benefits, setting compensation and rewards, resolving conflicts, and improving systems.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve employee standards and procedures, using current HR systems or suggesting better ones.
  • Enhance employee benefits like compensation and expense reimbursements.
  • Help with hiring and support recruitment teams. They'll also conduct orientation and training for new employees.
  • Make sure the company follows HR laws by investigating issues and keeping records.
  • Find ways to improve internal procedures, especially for recruitment and team morale.
  • Assist departments in creating HR plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Monitor HR activities, handle employee grievances, coach managers on disciplinary actions, and provide counseling.
  • Focus on making the onboarding process top-notch, ensuring it's current and meaningful for employees and supports the company's overall vision.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up company and consulting environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Labor laws and regulations
  • Experienced in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution, Training and Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
