Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing best course of resolution to all POS system-related problems and issuesWorks out of centralized ticketing logging system which includes determining priority and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA)Provides accurate information on IT products or servicesRecords events and problems and their resolution in logsProvides internal professional organizational and administrative supportWorks independently on a variety of assigned tasks to meet goals under general supervision and/or established guidelines; works in a team environmentProvides Off-Site Support (phone, web-based tools, e-mail) and onsite if necessaryCoordinates with the internal department head on client requests for enhancements and developmentHandles communication and technical support related tasks to 3rd party affiliates including BIR and Mall AdminProvides documentation and procedures for internal and external useMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalentAt least 3 to 5 years of relevant experienceWith proven experience in implementing/configuring/supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) software systemsKnowledge in retail and/or food and beverage operations is highly preferredTech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote controlGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesMust be customer service orientedExcellent interpersonal skillsFluent in English, both verbal and writtenTeamplayerStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsMust be willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati City (near MRT Magallanes station)-
