Technical Account Executive

Job Summary
The Technical Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, sourcing potential new customers, and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned accounts.
2. Identify and establish new business/accounts.
3. Organize Sales Visit.
4. Write visit reports and project updates.
5. Prepare tenders, proposals, quotations, and forecasts.
6. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
7. Ensure sales targets are met.
8. Participate audit by customers.
9. Investigate customer complaints.
10. Understand and interpret technical requirements.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.Must have a proven track record of successful sales experience.Must either possess a valid driver's license or be willing to acquire one.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good moral character and personality.Highly motivated and results-oriented.Ability to accurately identify and react to the behavior and emotions of customers.Good listening skills.Benefits:Additional leaveCompany vehicleCompany Christmas giftsCompany eventsFree ParkingHealth InsurancePerformance & Mid-year bonusSalary increaseOpportunities for career advancement
