Tasks & responsibilities
Ensure optimum customer service and satisfaction.Assist with bookings, general queries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.Deal with potential cancellations of scheduled sessions in the clinics and overcome objectionsEffectively communicate with the Clinic team members and managementEnsure all GDPR guidelines are followed correctlyActively participate in quality improvement, risk mitigation and patient safety initiatives. Comply with all policies, procedures and quality standards and take a proactive role in identifying and suggesting areas for improvementWork within set key performance measurements defined by the call center management team-
