About the role
QUASHA LAW is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and billing processes for our law firm, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doingPreparing and processing client invoices in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinating with the accounting team to ensure all billable hours and expenses are properly recorded and invoicedTracking and following up on outstanding client paymentsMaintaining detailed records of all billing and payment activitiesProviding support to the accounting team as neededIdentifying opportunities to improve billing processes and procedures
What we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with the legal industry or law firm operations is preferred
