Job Description

  • Receives, maintains records, and transmits documents of Procurement
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required by Procurement Management
  • Processes bills that are for approval by Procurement Management
  • Monitors award endorsements for approval by Procurement Management
  • Maintains files and records of Procurement particularly purchase orders, contracts, shipping documents, etc.
  • Assists during meetings of Procurement
  • Collates the data for monthly reporting of Traffic highlights needed by MANCOM (monthly highlights)
  • Do reconciliation with Controllers for data verification for quarterly BIR reporting
  • In-charge of filing the monthly received copies of original Official Receipts (OR) from banks for the paid duties & taxes to each JO for reference purposes and as needed in BIR quarterly reporting
  • In-charge of the inventory, monitoring and shopping cart creation of Procurement Division miscellaneous and office supplies
  • Has interaction with internal project proponents (various Petron Divisions) particularly on transmittal of documents and status of pending requisitions
  • Has interaction with contractors particularly on receiving of documents and transmittal of approved contracts and other documents approved for release to external parties

     

    Qualifications

    • Must have a college degree preferably in business-related course
    • Must have 1 year  work experience in related role 
    • Must be analytic, honest, alert, tactful, has initiative, and has good documentation and organization skills
    • Must have competent administrative skills, familiar with programs under Microsoft Office, and skillfull in typing
    • Maintains rapport with other employees and representatives of suppliers and contractors
