Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to work onsite at our 9th Floor, KMC Zeta location

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner. 
• Assist clients with financial-related queries, including account information, processing, etc. 
• Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, document verification, and account updates. 
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. 
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support. 
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
