  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

    Job Description

    We’re seeking a versatile Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Client Services Manager in streamlining operations and driving business growth. This role offers a unique blend of administrative responsibilities and potential involvement in digital marketing tasks. You’ll be the backbone of our organization, managing crucial day-to-day operations while gaining invaluable experience in the digital marketing industry.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the CEO and Client Services Manager
    • Make travel arrangements and handle logistics for business trips
    • Order and manage branded merchandise
    • Prepare and format strategy documents and letters of engagement
    • Draft and send emails on behalf of the CEO
    • Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox
    • Take notes during meetings and prepare summaries
    • Assist with invoicing and basic financial tasks
    • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support content management
    • Assist with copywriting tasks when needed
    • Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations

      Requirements:

      • 2+ years experience as a virtual personal assistant or similar
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
      • Proficiency in using common office software and tools
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
      • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (preferred but not required)
      • Fluency in English
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
