Work you will do

 

Deloitte's Enterprise Application SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client-facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice.   • Analyze and act independently on request or incidents raised by the client for their ERP application and resolve it within the agreed SLA and with quality
  • Undertake analysis work to identify root cause with ability to discuss and brainstorm with other team members and stakeholders and escalating findings to the right stakeholders. To be responsible to assist in reducing re-occurring issues/incidents.
  • Leading the collection of business requirements, analysis work and proposal for end to end solution when necessary to support client’s initiative to simplify and standardize processes
  • Drive and embed any Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload to further improve current processes within the organization
  • Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS process & procedures that are developed.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years in SAP Basis and should have at least 2 years of Consulting Industry Experience.
  • Experience working on Installations/ Upgrades/ Migrations of SAP Application/NetWeaver Suite of products like CRM, SRM, ERP, MDM, SCM, S4 HANA
  • Experience in working on BI, PI, Portal & Gateway on Windows/Unix flavors platforms with database systems like HANA, Oracle/MS SQL Server/DB2
  • Implementation experience on SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and JAVA stacks
  • Work experience in working on different configurations of Solution managers such as Technical Operations, CCMS, Wily Introscope, Service desk, EWA, SMD, MOPZ, etc.
  • Worked on at least one implementation project with a good understanding of implementation phases.
  • Good understanding of the system landscape
  • Experience with SAP Installations / Upgrades
  • Has Experience in written writing system specification documents
  • Has been prior involvement in the preparation of technical strategy and approach documents
  • Good team player and has experience of worked working with small and large teams

 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Extensive experience in SAP BASIS Administration spanning across SAP S/4HANA, MDG, SLT, BODS, HANA Database Administration
  • S/4 HANA/BODS upgrade experience
  • Business function/set activation experience
