Job Description:

Monitors & controls the operation of the third party service providers for warehousing and logistics by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures for efficient receiving, internal handling, dispatch and deliveries of products.Complies with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Manage inventory in the WH to achieve KPI in accuracy.Manage 3rd party WH inventory cycle counting activity to validate inventory accuracy.Review all SAP and 3PL WMS (Warehouse Management System) entries to ensure 100% match. Report to LWH Manager all discrepancies and variances and facilitate resolution.Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by conducting regular inspection and coordination of corrective and preventive actions on findings with the service providers. Assist in the standardization of pallet load and truck load to achieve optimal Logistics cost.Plan / Facilitate loading of all Vismin orders, coordinate with Order Desk for additional volume to enable containerization. Provide Shipping Advise for every shipment.Implementation of Returned Goods Management Policy.Manage claims for products with manufacturing defects to ensure 100% compensation & resolution.Ensures that optimal load is always achieved for every truck we dispatched. Maintains record of volume of load for every delivery and find ways to improve them.Maintains accurate freight related prices in SAP for all transportation routes / zones.Setup delivery process for all new customers including setup of transportation routes / zones in SAP. Assists the LWH Manager in implementing process improvements in the areas of warehousing and delivery operations.Monitors return of DOs released to truckers and ensure timely delivery and submission.Facilitate resolution of delivery issues so that all SIT will be cleared on a timely basis.Perform VLPOD of all DOs returned by the truckers and submit them to Finance on a daily basis via Agility messenger.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4 years business course,Two (2) years experience in managing warehousing & logistics operations, Fresh Graduate of BSIEKnowledge of inventory management, material handling operations, logistics simulations,Experience in developing systems and procedures, ISO knowledge is preferred,With Good Self-management and organizational skills
