Key Responsibilities:
Support/perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as ID creation and transporting objects to different systemsDocument SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new servicesWork closely with the clients and business stakeholders to understand their pain points and requirementsInstall, configure, maintain, migrate or upgrade the SAP systems as requiredLook into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issuesPerform regular maintenance and performance Tuning for Database and SAP systems
Qualification Professional Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments.
Good experience in BPC system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activitiesExpert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performanceCan document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new servicesRelevant SAP Certification would be a plusExperience in SAP on cloud platforms would be a plusAbility to travel to client sites (local or overseas)Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
