About the role

As the Director of Revenue Management, you will play a crucial role in maximising revenue and profitability for Mövenpick Resort and Spa Boracay, in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to optimise room rates, occupancy, and ancillary revenue across the resort. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

Leads strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams.Creates short- and long-term forecasts, that yield the best decisions on pricing and yielding tacticsParticipates in the annual budget process and produces long term projections, as required.Optimizes pricing, promotions, and availability strategies through definition and management of all rates, rate levels, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors to target the most profitable customer segments to maximize profits.Maximizes room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.

What we're looking for

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality ManagementPrior experience in Revenue Management is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of experience as Sales Manager / 3 years of experience as Front Office or Reservations Manager / 2 years of experience in a related fieldExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointHigh degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
