About the Role:

The role will work closely with the Global HR Portfolio Manager and the Global Head of Business Partnering to support the planning and execution of key global HR initiatives, aligned with key business strategies.

This will play a key role in coordinating and tracking global HR projects and change initiatives on our People Roadmap, collaborating with colleagues across the Centres of Expertise, Business Partner Functions and Front Office as required.  

The role will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination tasks, including planning, tracking and monitoring project activities to ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Coordination

Coordinate project team members, including scheduling project meetings and events, documenting project actions and tracking progress of project activitySupport with the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets and reportsMonitor project progress and performance, identifying, resolving and escalating issues and risks as necessary.Ensure project deliverables and documentation meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Support with post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.Work with Global HR Portfolio manager to bring organisation and structure to Group HR projects to ensure the effective use of our resources and a balance between global and local initiatives are taking place at any one time.

Collaboration

Support our project teams to deliver global HR initiatives, collaborating with centres of expertise, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and insights for process improvements

Stakeholder Engagement Support

Support with project communications and presentations to support stakeholder understanding and engagement on HR projects and initiatives.

Data and KPI Tracking

Using our various sources of people data, gather and analyse key data points to inform decisions and support project objectivesMonitor and track progress of HR KPI’s aligned with our global projects and initiatives, and provide regular progress.
