As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will take charge of ensuring all our sites have running programs that address their site issues and support their hiring. You make sure that all site recruitment marketing programs run efficiently and effectively while conforming to our company’s brand standards.

As a Sourcing Supervisor, you will strategize, align, and execute operational processes that lead to successful local site marketing. You will be empowered to explore, ideate, and implement traditional and non-traditional marketing solutions which enables the attainment of our hiring goals. This will enable you to extend your role not only as a traditional sourcer but also as a credible brand representative of TaskUs. Market attraction is at the topmost part of the funnel and since we pride ourselves in attracting quality talents, that tells you how vital this role is

Since you are a supervisor, of course you will lead a team of sourcing specialists. You will lead this team not only to ensure flawless process execution but also to identify new, creative, and non-traditional marketing management techniques. You will get the chance to be part of higher level discussions and planning because here, we want to ensure you are growing. You will also expertly analyze and present recruitment data in a story-telling fashion to our stakeholders and management.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a supervisor role we need someone who has 2-4 years of supervisory experience as a Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition professional . Right now, a sourcing professional with a marketing background is highly desirable so having at least a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Advertising is even better

Now let’s get a bit technical. It’s a definitive advantage if you are familiar with E-commerce Gmail, Google Apps, and Microsoft Apps . We will be asking you to manage your data and create presentations that aid a powerful story. Are you excellent in the following: problem solving, analytical, reporting skills (ex. Leads Funnel analysis, Sourcing Channel Analysis, Operational Processes), written and verbal communication skills? If yes, then great We want to talk to you We’re also looking for someone with a proven track record handling and implementing out of the box methodologies and sourcing strategies. You also must be willing to work on extended hours and do field work if needed.
