Job Role
Process debit memo for shipping charges in the system, print debit memo, attach pertinent documents and forward to the supervisor for approval.
Compute freight charges
Files and bookbind BIR copy, DR from warehouse
Verify the billing payables of different shipping lines and files claims.
Assist in posting of collection if the in-charge is not available
Other Ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirement
College graduate, Financial Management, Accounting courses, Marketing, any business-related courses
With or without experience
Willing to be trained
Reliable and good interpersonal skills
