We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on e-commerce leader to scale our fast-growing digital business across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and emerging channels.
- Lead our e-commerce and omnichannel growth strategy
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, promotions, and profitability—and turn insights into action
- Optimize campaigns, platform enrollments, pricing, listings, fulfillment, and store performance
- Build and improve our livestream selling and affiliate programs
- Work directly with our brand endorsers and creators; our brands have historically partnered with names such as Daniel Padilla, Ivana Alawi, Shuvee Etrata, and more
- Lead and develop our existing brand-focused e-commerce team
- Strengthen processes, dashboards, controls, and accountability across all channels
You’ll be supported by an established e-commerce team managing daily brand operations, plus a dedicated graphic artist for campaign creatives.
However, this is not a purely strategic role. You must know the ins and outs of marketplace operations—from campaign enrollments and promotions to livestreams, affiliates, inventory, fulfillment, and platform issues—well enough to guide the team and spot opportunities others may miss.
- Strong e-commerce leadership experience in multi-brand retail or consumer goods
- Hands-on knowledge of major marketplaces and omnichannel operations
- Strong analytical and commercial instincts
- Experience managing livestream sellers, affiliates, and creator-led campaigns
- Proven ability to improve performance, processes, and profitability
- Strong leadership, ownership, and operational discipline
- 📍 Full-time, onsite role in Muntinlupa
