JOB OVERVIEW:

Comprehensive site management supervision to complete the architectural works by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project within the schedule, budget, and of acceptable quality.

  • Assists the Construction Manager to establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Performs overall quality and quantity control throughout the duration of construction period.
  • Control and monitor the construction progress accomplishment, coordinating activities and resolve problems.
  • Prepare project status reports on a weekly basis.
  • Review and monitor work methodologies, product specification and quantities that are submitted by the contractor in compliance with contractual terms and standards.
  • Implementation of safe and clean working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
