This role will lead AML and Regulatory compliance assurance and directly report to the Chief Compliance Officer. Responsible for the maintenance of the Compliance Testing Manual and methodologies, risk assessments for testing prioritization, and conducting periodic testing and reviews of the institution's Compliance program to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Duties include developing and executing Regulatory testing plans in coordination with the Regulatory Compliance Lead, assessment of related regulatory and control requirements and documenting testing results and findings. The Compliance Testing Lead evaluates the adequacy of AML policies in coordination with the AML Compliance Lead, procedures, and controls, and recommends enhancements to address identified deficiencies. Additionally, the Compliance Testing Lead communicates testing results to senior management and the board of directors, and assists in the implementation of remedial actions to strengthen the organization's compliance programs.

Monitors implementation of action plans resulting from the compliance testing activity of the concerned units through performance of monitoring validation exercise to ensure appropriate steps have been taken, a valuable risk mitigation exercise prior Internal or External audits. Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is an advantage (e.g., CPA, CIA, CAMS)Understanding of Compliance Testing MethodologiesAbility to provide sound judgment during review and/or investigation

Adequate knowledge of the financial services processes and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP Issuances)Must be proficient in communicating with other stakeholders
