Job Overview

Compliance Testing Role

Key responsibilities include conducting regular assessments of the institution's Compliance program to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute AML and Regulatory testing plans, assess related regulatory requirements, and document results.
  • Communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing remedial actions to enhance compliance programs.
  • Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure effective remediation.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Compliance Testing Methodologies and sound judgment during review and/or investigation.
  • Adequate knowledge of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in communicating with stakeholders and ability to work independently.
