QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are advantageous.
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years experience in IT management, systems administration, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and technology trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management expertise to lead technology initiatives and projects.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with Odoo system is a plus.
  • Willing to comply with pre-employment requirements.
  • Can start ASAP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and infrastructure components.
  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, fostering collaboration and skill development.
  • Oversee the administration and support of business-critical systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement, upgrade, and maintain software solutions.
  • Conduct regular testing and ensure readiness for potential disruptions.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring effective IT operations and technological advancement.
  • Provide training and technical support to employees on systems and technology.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, system uptime, security incidents, and project status.
