About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the configuration and implementation of our healthcare software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
  • Configure and customise our healthcare software solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our software
  • Document processes and provide ongoing support and maintenance

What we're looking for

  • 3 years proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in the healthcare industry
  • Must be willing to work fulltime onsite and in NIGHTSHIFT Schedule
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in software configuration, testing, and user training
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, processes, and industry best practices
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
