What You'll Do:

  • Rotate across hotel departments, including back office
  • Support daily operations and team management
  • Help implement service standards
  • Attend leadership training sessions
  • Contribute to guest experience and efficiency projects

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Fresh grads are preferred to join
  • Interested in hospitality and leadership
  • Willing to train in Pasig City and be deployed to other branches for training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
