We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Senior Associate to support and enhance procurement operations. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, vendor negotiations, contract review, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will also have supervisory experience and be capable of handling a high-volume, fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procurement Manager and operations leadership in various procurement and administrative functions.
  • Prepare, review, and process purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
  • Manage sourcing, evaluation, and engagement of reliable and ethical vendors across multiple categories, including: (Events, Marketing, IT, Facilities , Administration ,Human Resources)
  • Conduct supplier assessments and maintain up-to-date records on supplier performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on vendor accreditation and procurement planning.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with internal compliance policies and budget limitations.
  • Supervise and support junior team members, empowering their growth while ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and uphold high integrity in all dealings.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume procurement environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with exposure to both direct and indirect services.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement planning skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, especially in managing sensitive transactions and data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communicator – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex procurement issues and maintain vendor relationships.
  • SAP experience or familiarity with ERP systems required.
  • Experience supporting local and international operations is a plus.
