About Us:

We are a telehealth staffing company committed to delivering innovative solutions for healthcare providers and patients. As we expand our services, including telehealth initiatives like Aimee, we are seeking a motivated Project Assistant to support the smooth execution of our projects.

Role Overview:

The Project Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager and team members to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain project files, documents, and reports.
  • Manage project calendars, schedules, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
  • Coordinate communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report project progress to the Project Manager.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members or providers.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
  • Aid in onboarding providers
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Suite (Google docs, sheets, forms)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
