Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products against shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing slips, bills of lading).
  • Ensure all items are accurately counted, labeled, and in good condition.
  • Record shortages, overages, or damages and report discrepancies to the supervisor or warehouse manager.
  • Coordinate with forklift operators and warehouse staff for the accurate staging of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and adjustments.
  • Perform routine checks on temperature-sensitive goods to ensure compliance with cold chain requirements.
  • Operate barcode scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Adhere to safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines in cold environments.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock audits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or cold storage facility preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation.
  • Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
  • Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods (e.g., refrigerated or frozen sections).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Willing to be deployed in Barangay Turbina, Calamba Laguna.
