Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and manages warehouse space for storage of raw materials and finished goods in conformance with the standard.
• Check the following daily and coordinate actions needed to proper authorities:

2.1 Raw Material Stock Status

2.2 Finished Goods Inventory

2.3 Truck Scale Accuracy

2.4 Finished Goods Ageing Monitoring and First In-First Out (FIFO) implementation

2.5 Raw Material and Finished Goods piling and labeling

2.6 Loaders Attendance

• Check raw material unloading and finished goods loading if they follow standard procedures.
• Ensure raw materials are available at the point of use in the production area.
• Monitor raw material ageing, usage (FIFO), and warehouse storage condition.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors regarding the status of new raw materials and any special instruction regarding usage.
• Administer daily inventory of raw materials to check and monitor material loss.
• Administer monthly pre-count and inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Check pallet truck condition weekly and report for repair and maintenance.
• Operate truck scale and forklift as needed.
• Administer pallet repair and monitor pallet conditions and inventory.
• Administer pest control program and ensure pest injury level is kept to a minimum.
• Act as Internal Quality Auditor for all warehouses, truck scales, hand pallets, and any manual transporting devices like pushcarts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Supervise, control, and monitor the unloading of raw materials from trucks to designated area per SOP.
• Supervise, control, and monitor the loading of finished goods to trucks per SOP.
• Reject raw and packaging materials in coordination with Q.C., Shift Supervisor, Logistic Head, and Inventory Controller when deviations or non-conformance are observed.
• Correct loaders' practices not conforming to standard procedures.
• Stop unloading of raw and packaging materials when nonconformities are noted.

Qualifications

• Vocational Graduate/ Short course certificate holder or Highschool graduate
• Experience and knowledge in Quality Control field is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and express own ideas, suggestions and concerns with superior(s)
• Capacity to quickly recover or bounce back from difficulties and adjust to fast-paced work environment.
