  1. Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Create comprehensive safety policies and programs in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This includes formulating strategies to minimize workplace hazards and risks.
  2. Conduct Inspections and Audits: Regularly inspect construction sites, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This involves conducting audits and assessments to evaluate safety practices.
  3. Provide Training and Orientation: Facilitate safety training sessions for all personnel, including new hires and subcontractors, to ensure they understand safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and hazard recognition.
  4. Enforce Safety Regulations: Monitor compliance with safety rules and regulations on-site, taking corrective actions as necessary. This may include issuing warnings or stop-work orders for violations.
  5. Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop recommendations for corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  6. Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and other safety-related documentation. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
  7. Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution, including conducting hazard analyses and risk assessments.
  8. Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure the proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety devices, verifying compliance with safety standards.
