We're seeking a Full-Time Company Doctor to oversee the health and wellness of our employees. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive workplace by providing medical care, conducting health assessments, and leading wellness initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a licensed physician with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to employee well-being.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary medical consultation and treatment to employees for work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
  • Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, return-to-work assessments, and periodic health evaluations.
  • Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data privacy and DOLE regulations.
  • Monitor and manage occupational health and safety programs, including workplace health surveillance and emergency response readiness.
  • Advise management on health policies, vaccination drives, and preventive health measures.
  • Coordinate with HR and external medical providers for employee health insurance, medical referrals, and wellness partnerships.
  • Lead health education and wellness campaigns, promoting preventive care and healthy work habits.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and other local health regulations related to workplace health standards.
  • Support HR in addressing employee medical concerns, absences, or medical clearances.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physician (MD) with a valid PRC license to practice in the Philippines.
  • Preferably with Occupational Medicine or Public Health certification (not required but an advantage).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in corporate or industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of DOLE occupational safety and health standards (OSH) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Can cover Makati and later on to our Pasay Site
  • May be required to respond to emergency medical situations outside regular hours when necessary.
