Brief Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled SAP Administrator / Support Specialist to manage, configure, and support SAP applications across various modules. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day administration, resolve user issues, conduct end-user training, and ensure smooth SAP operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for SAP applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
  • Configure SAP modules according to business requirements, in coordination with process owners and technical teams.
  • Conduct end-user training on SAP functions, workflows, and best practices.
  • Attend to and resolve SAP-related issues, concerns, and support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the rollout of new functionalities, upgrades, or patches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure SAP is aligned with operational needs.
  • Document configurations, changes, and user guides as part of the knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (any course); IT, Engineering, or Business-related degrees preferred.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.).
  • Prior experience in SAP administration, configuration, or support is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and end-user support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
