Job Title: School Cashier

Reporting to: Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accepts cash, checks or credit cards for payment with their complete details of check and credit card transactions according to established procedure.
  • Counts money, gives change and issues official receipt for money received.
  • Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies.
  • Prepare deposit slips and facilitate check/cash collection deposits to the bank.
  • Conduct daily/monthly updating of all passbooks.
  • Prepares daily cash collection report summary report.
  • Organize filing of documents related to collections and deposits.
  • Maintains treasury / cashier's file confidential at all times.
  • Inform parents and students regarding bounced checks / insufficient bank balance.
  • Assist in the filing of check vouchers, journal vouchers and other finance documents.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
