Primary Functions:

  • Lead the Company in the preparation of bid submittals to government offices and enterprises, especially on matters of eligibility and documentation;
  • Drafting/reviewing/proofreading of documents such as requests, correspondence, simple pleadings, secretary's certificate, board resolution, lease agreements, legal documents required for biddings, and the like;
  • Liaise with different departments of the company as well as different government agencies;
  • Handle the Bid Audit of the Company

Secondary Functions:

  • Handles preparation and filing of government compliances such as General Information Sheet, Audited Financial Statement, and the like;
  • Assist in Labor Relations through the preparation/drafting of Demand Letters and other related documents pertaining to separated employees;
  • Assist in labor relations through the preparation/drafting of Notices to Explain and/or Decision, and other related documents related to administrative cases
  • Handles special projects, including but not limited to, preparation, analysis, and/or coordination of reports/cases or any research materials with which the Company may have special/urgent concerns which require attention;
  • Performs other administrative functions, such as preparation of external communications related to the functions of his office, and other tasks as may be designated by the Legal Head and/or Senior Legal Officers

Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling government bids (preferably as a bidder). Knowledgeable of RA 9184 and other procurement laws.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in government bidding and tendering processes is required.
  • Knowledge in contract drafting, labor relations, and SEC related matters
  • Some legal exposure and experience in legal document drafting is required.
  • Has keen attention to details;
  • Has the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, or with a Team;
  • Superior communication skills, both orally and in writing;
  • Can work under pressure;
  • Ability to manage time wisely;
  • Resourceful;
  • Knows how to deal with people especially with those in the government;
  • Bachelor's degree is required as the minimum educational qualification.
  • Basic familiarity with construction industry knowledge is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
