Purchasing Staff – Job Qualifications

Education / Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related field.
  • With relevant certifications (e.g., Purchasing and Supply Management, Inventory Management) is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or related industry is an advantage.

Skills / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor management, and inventory monitoring.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge in ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to compare quotations and evaluate suppliers.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Trustworthy, with high sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours when required.
  • Amenable to travel or fieldwork if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
