  • Receive and record new stocks stock cards/logbook and ensure the quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Check and inspect goods for drugs and medicines received and ensuring that they are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality basing from involved sales invoices/delivery reports.
  • In charge of inventory of the drugs and medicines in the warehouse
  • Accomplish necessary reports in lieu with stocks and other related work.
  • Answering emails, calls, and queries of our Marketing representatives
  • Update Monthly sales.
  • Analysis of average monthly consumption of each item for each territory.
  • Check sales orders for pending orders and coordinate with the warehouse on the availability.
  • Check with the logistics department about the items to be released.
