About the role

As a Pharmacist at Wirksam Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients in General Luna, Lower Baguio City Benguet. This full-time position involves using your expertise to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, while also educating patients on their treatment and promoting overall well-being.

What you'll be doing

  1. Dispensing and compounding prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
  2. Reviewing prescriptions to identify and resolve any potential drug interactions or contraindications
  3. Providing patient counselling and education on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of medications
  4. Maintaining detailed patient records and medication histories

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  2. Current registration and licensing as a Pharmacist in the Philippines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare providers
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve medication-related issues
  5. Attention to detail and commitment to providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care
  6. Familiarity with relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
  7. Proficiency in using pharmacy software and information systems
