Job Summary:

The Seasonal Sales Staff will assist in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets during peak seasons. This role supports the daily store operations and ensures customers have a positive shopping experience aligned with Mossimo's brand standards.


Job Description:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their style and preferences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and Mossimo's product lines.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished on the sales floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
  • Support in achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, inventory counts, and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:
  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • With or without retail experience (experience in fashion retail is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Presentable, energetic, and sales-oriented.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any Mossimo Boutique branch as needed.
  • Willing to work for a 2-month duration (seasonal period).
  • Can start immediately (tentative: November 15, 2025 to January 31, 2025)
