Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite at the WNS Bridgetowne site.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Corporate Travel training experience, with hands-on proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus/Sabre).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and classroom training.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating training decks, manuals, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to handle conflicts professionally and provide constructive learner feedback.
  • Experience as a Process Trainer in a Corporate Travel account is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full training function for international ticketing, group bookings, and email support.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ticketing to design impactful training programs.
  • Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and L2 (complex itinerary) training sessions.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct refresher courses, process updates, and continuous learning initiatives aligned with client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
