What is your mission?

We are looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to champion employee wellness and safety in the workplace. You'll provide first aid, manage health programs, maintain medical records, and collaborate on safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid and respond to workplace medical emergencies.
  • Coordinate with external emergency services when needed.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and provide preventive care advice.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Perform safety inspections and maintain accurate health records.
  • Manage work-related injuries and facilitate return-to-work processes.
  • Serve as a resource for health-related information and assist with medical appointments.
  • Collaborate with HR and management on health and safety training programs.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid nursing license.
  • Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in occupational health or similar role.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in first aid and emergency response procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
